Old Salt Recording is a Nashville recording studio built for singer-songwriters, folk, indie, and Americana artists.

Old Salt Recording is owned by Glenn Thomas, a songwriter and producer who has been crafting songs for over 20 years. The son of a songwriter and studio owner, he has witnessed and participated in the creation of music his entire life. Old Salt is a warm and relaxed space for ideas to become fleshed out pieces, a creative workspace to explore the sonic landscape of a song and capture honest performances without pressure. The space is set up with the intention of being able to work through musical ideas as quickly as they come, and to be inspired by an array of different instruments.
